A non-profit movement dedicated to reawakening innate human potential through Innate Wisdom, Innate Health, and Innate Service. 1. AAA Academy (Courses & Certifications)

  • Foundations of Innate Living (6 weeks) — daily micro-practices + weekly live sessions; introduces AAA philosophy, breathwork, basic meditation, lifestyle alignment.
  • Innate Soul — Thuriyatheetha Meditation (module series) — progressive curriculum for deep contemplative states and applied insight practice.
  • Peace Coach Certification (12 weeks) — emotional regulation, restorative communication, group facilitation and community conflict transformation.
  • Trainer Development Pathway (Level 1–3) — for those who want to teach AAA methods; includes supervised teaching hours and mentorship.
  • Advanced Energy Healing & Distance Healing Practicum — for clinical integration and safe distance practice.
