Overeating can lead to unwanted pounds, health problems, distorted body image, an unhealthy relationship with food, and low self-esteem. There are strategies that can help you break the cycle and gain a sense of peace and control around food. Aaa center will cover the addiction model and offer insight on how to begin the process of recovery.
