The 48-Day Soul Liberation Meditation Challenge is a comprehensive program designed to guide you through a transformative journey of self-discovery, inner healing, and spiritual growth. The challenge is structured to provide a systematic approach to meditation and soul exploration over the course of 48 days.
Program Format:
• Follows the same curriculum as in-person training
• This program uses an intensive training format of 3-6 contact hours per day, to immerse you in the study, practice and teaching techniques of Soul Liberation Meditation.
• Sessions will be a blend of lecture and practicum to create an experiential learning environment.
• On most mornings there will be a guided practice session to give you a direct experience of how Soul Liberation Meditation can be integrated into a yoga class or be the anchor element for a guided meditation class.
• The curriculum includes teaching techniques and practice teaching opportunities.
• Opportunity for additional informal sessions—such as a virtual chai party, and more!
