Three universal principles explain the thinking process: Mind, Consciousness and Thought. Simply put, Mind is the energy of life, the fact that we are alive. Thought is our ability to create forms or ideas from that energy. Consciousness is our ability to experience what we think as real. In other words, we are born thinking. We think our way through life. We see life through our thoughts as we go, and the quality of our thinking determines the quality of our lives (how we see things moment-to-moment).

We are all born whole. We come into the world with our own unique blueprint for health and well-being. Our potential for health is also whole at this time. So it can be said that we are all born in our own states of innate health. The environment we are born into, and the subsequent experiences we have, dynamically influence our blueprint. These influences can either conserve or diminish our innate health potential.
As we traverse through life, we find that our experiences and outcomes are as unique as the blueprint we were born with. The degree to which we have departed from our state of innate health will depend on our influences in life, and will determine what we need to regain balance.
We all retain the potential for better health. Maximizing this potential, regardless of our current state of health, requires that our desire and determination be combined with the appropriate guidance and support.
It is my personal view in life, that we owe it to ourselves and those we love, to reclaim what we can of our innate health, to cherish it and protect it, so that we can flourish in our world and throughout life.
It is always possible to feel better, to be better.

We are all aware of the innate health interface. For instance, we know that when we are nervous that we have a physical response. It’s both common sense and well established science. But how much do we know about the subtler interactions of innate health – about the effect of an expanding consciousness on brain function, structure, and beyond?
