Aaa innate health service

“Innate journey toward a health and peaceful life”

Innate health service is also known as integrative, complementary or alternative healthcare. It crosses borders, disciplines, time, religions and ways of knowing and healing to benefit individuals, communities and the environment.

Innate health service suggests an entirely different explanation of the relationship between thinking and experience, an inside-out view. Understanding how we think and that we think changes our relationship to what we think (the contents of our thoughts). Our experience of circumstances varies according to how we are holding and using our thinking, not according to the circumstances. As that understanding grows, it opens increasingly sustained access to innate health.

Innate health is actually an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body, and spirit.

Innate health service is an integrated approach to health care that treats the “whole” person, not simply symptoms and disease. Mind and body are integrated and inseparable. Our holistic health care practitioners do more than just identify and treat a specific ailment. They are trained to look at the various aspects of your lifestyle and health issues, and design a course of treatment to help you reach your optimum level of wellness.

Aaa Innate health service is not only concerned with the absence of disease, but with a positive state of being. We combine the wisdom, traditions and disciplines of Eastern healing arts with the advances of modern Western medicine to achieve this ideal.

Innate medicine, or “innate health”, is a belief that both the physical and mental aspects of life are closely connected and factor into the overall health and wellness of a person. Innate health is usually associated with the topic of alternative medicine, but it is becoming more mainstream in this day and age.

The concept of innate health is not new. Holism has been around for ages, but it has only been integrated into mainstream healthcare recently. There is a certain element of stubbornness in the medical field and sometimes it is slow to accept new ways of treatment or thinking.

The history of innate health can be traced to nineteenth century alternative medicine proponents of Varma – Siddha – massage – naturopathy

The innate concept in medical practice, which is distinct from the concept in the alternative medicine, upholds that all aspects of people’s needs including psychological, physical and social should be taken into account and seen as a whole

Yoga is beneficial for the health in ways that modern science is just beginning to understand. Even though it has been applied with therapeutic intention for thousands of years, Yoga Therapy is only just now emerging as a discipline in itself. More health care practitioners are starting to include yogic techniques in their approach to healing — and more yoga teachers give a therapeutic intention to their teaching. People who have never tried yoga before are starting to consider including Yoga in their treatment plan.

As science begins to document the importance of understanding the interrelation of all existing things, it looks to Yoga with an intrigued eye, for Yoga speaks Unity in every word. As yoga techniques are researched and new data is gathered, it becomes easier for science and the medical establishment to understand and accept the benefits of Yoga Therapy.

Yet there is still not one consensual definition of the discipline. In order to arrive to an adequate definition and to come up with proper standards for Yoga Therapy, it is crucial at this early stage to properly address some delicate professional and ethical issues. At the same time it is important to educate the general public about Yoga Therapy’s benefits and careful use.

Integrative Innate Therapy

Is an astonishingly simple and effective holistic therapy that allows the body’s energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. Each system, cell, and atom is in constant communication with each other at all times. Through exposure to the

stresses of day-to-day life, however, these lines of communication can become compromised or disconnected, which then leads to a decline in physical, emotional and/or mental well-being. Reconnecting these lines of communication enables the body’s internal mechanisms to function at optimal levels, thus repairing and preventing disease while rapidly accelerating the healing process. In this way, Innate Talk stimulates the body’s innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels.

Acupuncture involves the insertion of hair-thin, sterile needles into different points in the body by licensed, trained professionals. Traditionally, acupuncture attempts to stimulate the meridians (think of them as energy pathways) in the body so it can balance itself. Needles are inserted into acupuncture points throughout the body—practitioners believe there to be more than 2,000 of them—which are connected by the meridians.

It re-establishes the body’s ability to transmit messages. It’s believed that the body has an innate mechanism that allows it to balance and heal itself, yet injury, illness, stress and lifestyle choices can create blocks and imbalances.

Reflexology

Reflexology Is a complementary therapy that treats the whole of the body and is used to help re-balance energy by stimulating reflex points on the feet which correspond to various parts of the body. This releases blockages in channels throughout the body, allowing systems to flow freely and function effectively. It is a gentle therapy that can be used on anybody, including the elderly, the infirm and even babies. it can for example, help with PMS, sciatica, aches and pains, digestive disorders, MS, menopausal symptoms, migraines, back pain, sleep disorders, fertility, arthritis and stress related conditions. Sensitive, trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet and by working on these points the Reflexologies’ can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body. Tensions are eased, circulation improved and the elimination of toxins in the system enhanced. This gentle therapy encourages the body to heal itself.

Varma therapy

Varmam are locations in the body where vital life force is seen in high concentration. These locations are called Varma points or varmam clusters and function as vital force (Prana) generators. The action that causes loss or blockage of vital energy at certain locations of pressure points, nerve junctions or bone joints is called Varma Adi or Varmam strike. The actual points, or nerve junctions etc themselves may be called Varmam. The systematic study, art or method of performing the actions in the application of martial arts/self defence is called Varmam.
